“I had such a great experience at this restaurant! From the moment we sat down, the service was absolutely amazing, super friendly and attentive. One really fun and unique touch was that they gave us UNO cards to play with while we waited for our food. Such a cool idea that made the wait fly by!
The food wow!! I ordered a classic burger, and with the first bite, I was immediately taken back to the flavors of home in Venezuela. It was juicy, flavorful, and just perfectly done. Truly comfort food at its best. Also they have bacon and corn sauce.
And if that wasn’t enough, they also offer free refills of Nestea, which was a nice and refreshing bonus.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great vibes, excellent service, and food that hits the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Exceeded all expectations that I had going in. I drove a hour to get here and it was well worth the drive. I will do it again. Everything was made to order and top notch! We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“
