Tho it was a good spot for Arbys as I always love the place. But this one no, it may be nice and new but that's it just new. I had to explain order 3 x and still got a Roast Beef wrong. Then a poor guy had accident manager attended too and lady that handed me my Togo was busy chatting w/ friend instead of making sure I needed nothing. I waited to order now have to wait just to get Arby sauce to go which they had no packets. I wont be back because frys are burnt and being fast...read full review
I’m usually not one to complain or leave a bad review as i also work in customer service and understand sometimes things happen. But both times I’ve tried this location the food was awful. Today we ordered the $15 family pack, it’s a lot of food so we were already expecting to have to wait a bit. We waited about 12-15 minutes only to find out that not a single item out of the 10 items included with the meal was hot. It was all
