I would normally give this place 5 stars, but they really have a problem with their app! Last weekend I tried using a coupon on their app, and it wouldn't work. This isn't the first time my family, and I have had issues with using app. It's been awhile so i fugured they fixed the problem. Not so, it literally took me and and employee over 20 minutes with no success. In mean time the other employee made my sandwich which ended up being cold from the wait, and wasn't...
Took my grandson to FireHouse for lunch, he had never ate there. He absolutely loved it! The buns were fresh, beef was top notch, all the food was fresh and good! The service was excellent! He actually said FireHouse was way better than Sub*ay! He is a really picky eater and for him to love it more than you know who, that’s quite a compliment! Of course I love this place! Recommend highly!
