I am changing my review because of the positive owner response. I will most certainly return to this shop for other goodies which I am sure will be fantastic as was the ice cream last night!
Ice cream was fine but the beignet was very dry. We got there at 8:55pm and the attendant said they were closing down. Le Macaron French Pastries in St. Augustine is an absolute gem! The beignets were light, warm, and absolutely delicious, and the macarons were some of the best we've ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.

This is a great establishment. Great flavors. All natural, no artificial dyes or flavors and direct sourcing of ingredients. Summer helped us out today and she was very informative and kind! Would definitely recommend anyone stop in and check it out!

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The pastry chef is talented, and the assortment of macarons is fantastic. Visitors have noted that the place can be busy, which may affect the overall experience, but the service and desserts remain great. Don't miss out on trying the gelato and delightful meringue candies for a low-calorie treat. While the beignets can sometimes be a bit stale, this spot is definitely worth visiting at least once a week for the delicious treats and friendly service. However, some improvements are needed regarding the seating area, and parking is paid in the vicinity.
