McDonald's in St. Augustine

“Cashier at the counter to take my order, just Egg McMuffin and Iced tea for breakfast. Plenty of fresh brewed Ice Tea here! Very clean, spotless in fact! A woman cleaning the customer area the entire time I was there. A pleasure to stop by today!

Parking: This McDonalds is located between 2 gas stations and access to a street light for making a left on SR 16

Kid-friendliness: High Chairs, children’s menus, drink refill station.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, restrooms, seating, slight grade in parking lot.“

“This review is actually for our Door dash driver Yogita. Our drinks were missed, he apologized politely, and we told him no worries.(not his fault, they weren't given). 5-10 minutes later, he knocked on the door... He had gone to the gas station and gotten us drinks. So I wanted to give him some recognition.“

“Whoever worked at the first window at 7:23AM on Monday January 12th deserves all the love. I got 2 hash browns and a sweet tea and before I began my order, she had the most positive attitude! I pulled up to the window and she told me good morning and that I looked lovely today, and that made my morning! I really needed to hear that today. She was awesome! The food is as good as usual and I got everything I needed, no complaints!“

“This was probably the friendliest McDonald's I've ever been too. The staff was terrific. The only downfall or negative was we got a happy meal for a child who wanted one of those Croc toys. We got something else. Fantastic service!“

“The food was spectacular, I only saw one rat in the whole place. When I complained about my aching back a kind employee had me lie on the ground to Crack my bones. The medical field REALLY should give his license back, the aforementioned rat even came to help!!! I was reassured of the quality of the food by staff, who said since I was such a good little customer they would make my food in a clean fryer and I didn't even have to pay extra!!!! I did have to dock one point for when the cook came from the back and tried to rob me at gun point :( but overall, an amazing eating experience“

“I stopped in today at lunch with my son...the cashier was brady... wow this young man totally impressed me ..he was friendly and did his job perfectly and it was just a great interaction..made a great day even better .keep up the great work..frfr..also this location is so close to my house and I'm happy to say it's always clean,the employees are always friendly,the put the fast in fast food ..bathrooms are always clean andddd of course,the soda is perfectly balanced and that important to me..thanks y'all for a great lunch“

“McDonald's. Not much to review. If you've been to one you have been to most. This version is updated to the current designs and decor. Service is based on who is working and the manger. Good some days, not so much others. Menu is as expected.“
