McDonald's in St. Augustine

“Cashier at the counter to take my order, just Egg McMuffin and Iced tea for breakfast. Plenty of fresh brewed Ice Tea here! Very clean, spotless in fact! A woman cleaning the customer area the entire time I was there. A pleasure to stop by today!

Parking: This McDonalds is located between 2 gas stations and access to a street light for making a left on SR 16

Kid-friendliness: High Chairs, children’s menus, drink refill station.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, restrooms, seating, slight grade in parking lot.“

“This is one of the nicest McDonald's in the area, they keep it clean, they're always well staffed (even though rush hour is always stressful for McDonald's everywhere, but they keep it under control as long as you're not trying to personalize your food too much). I've noticed there are multiple very nice and efficient managers for this location at different times but I had to make a special mention for Pietro.
I believe there was another very efficient manager here called Luis, but he got relocated to the St Augustine McDonald's next to the Movie Theaters. That location is also very well organized these days with the management change.“

“My husband and I came to McDonald’s this morning for breakfast and just seeing the amount of people that couldn’t wait 2 minutes for their food without freaking out at the workers was really making me upset. I appreciate everyone working this morning. Our food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back next time we want McDonald’s! Thank you everyone!“

“This was probably the friendliest McDonald's I've ever been too. The staff was terrific. The only downfall or negative was we got a happy meal for a child who wanted one of those Croc toys. We got something else. Fantastic service!“

“The food was spectacular, I only saw one rat in the whole place. When I complained about my aching back a kind employee had me lie on the ground to Crack my bones. The medical field REALLY should give his license back, the aforementioned rat even came to help!!! I was reassured of the quality of the food by staff, who said since I was such a good little customer they would make my food in a clean fryer and I didn't even have to pay extra!!!! I did have to dock one point for when the cook came from the back and tried to rob me at gun point :( but overall, an amazing eating experience“

“I’m babe visited this restaurant on many occasions in the past. The reason for my review is due to the circumstances and what I witnessed.
First, we visited on a Sunday. From what I could see, there were 2 managers and 2 employees only working: I’m not sure if everyone called out or it was just a bad day. The time that it took to get the food was horrendous for all inside and in the drive thru.
But what customer service!!! The lady behind the counter rushing back and forth tried to make sure that every customer knew what was going on and didn’t feel like a number. I didn’t get her name but she has purple and blue hair and was amazing. Employees like this are the ones that are future leaders in great companies.“

“Food was good, fries were hot however not a grain of salt in sight. Restaurant has no space in front of the building to circle around to the drive thru, you literally have to go around the block or pass the Restaurant and come back up the road.“
