“UPDATE BELOW.... So apparently somebody in the kfc in saint cloud can't count. We ordered the eight piece free bucket of chicken with fifteen dollar order. We received six pieces of chicken if that's what you want to call them with the order. These pieces of chicken are a size of a half Dollar. This is the second time i've had a problem with this place. I guess i'm done going here. But you will be seeing me tomorrow with the so called chicken.
UPDATE:
I did bring the chicken back this morning and the manager on duty was very kind. I explained the situation and brought back the pieces they put in the box. He made it right by giving me an order of eight pieces of dark meat. I wanted to make this review, right? So that's my update. Thank you to the manager.“

“The chicken is very rich and excellent, at its optimal point, crispy and hot on the outside, and soft, juicy and hot on the inside, the chicken sandwich is delicious, the bread is soft and has a good flavor, the chicken Paty is crispy, hot and perfect, the Mac and cheese without words, the delicious cookie and best of all, the Service, the Attention and the restaurant at 100% an incomparable family atmosphere, the truth is we enjoyed this wonderful moment, this is definitely a result of the management with the that count thank you very much ????????????“

Today 2/5/25 I came to Chick fil a on Oceola Parkway and John Young. I was surprised that the cashier wasn't friendly the floor was dirty and The trash can was over field. It was surprisingly different from all my previous experiences in Chick fil a“

“My family of 8 decided to eat at PDQ Lake Nona for the first time after hearing great things about the food. We used the delivery option on the website and the food came at a reasonable time. After checking the food we noticed that one of the meals were missing and immediately called back to see what they could do.

Unfortunately they were unable to send the delivery driver back and I had to drive to the store. The manager Renee was very apologetic and professional in her response to the situation. She definitely reversed the delivery mistake and even gave us a personal note. The atmosphere was clean, the food was great! So yes we will be back!! Thank you so much for saving our Saturday dinner.“
