“Best dog bar in the Bay Area. The staff is always friendly to dogs and humans. Our pug and frenchie absolutely LOVE it here and the pool keeps them cool in the hot weather. I truly appreciate that the staff always keeps an eye on all the dogs and diffuses any aggressive behavior before it can escalate. Saigon Blonde quickly became one of our favorite spots during our first trip to St. Pete. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was effortlessly cool and welcoming. The cocktails? Simply phenomenal. If you’re looking to unwind, I highly recommend trying their CBD-infused drinks—they’re both unique and incredibly relaxing.

A huge shoutout to Aaron, the incredibly talented mixologist who crafted a few custom vodka-based CBD cocktails for me. The “Dragon Lady” was a personal favorite—smooth, refresh, and beautifully balanced. If you’re more of a bourbon lover, definitely ask Aaron for his take—it’s his liquor of choice, and you can taste the passion in every pour.
