A good attitude goes a long way in customer service. Sunday morning very busy and they appear to be short staffed. Had to wait a bit for my order, but the staff was pleasant, apologetic, and working hard to get everyone’s order as fast as they could.

I come to this establishment quite a lot during busy hours during the week. Sometimes My order isn’t exactly correct - no biggie - but every time I have brought it to their attention they have been nothing but apologetic and correct. Tia in particular always brings it. She’s super quick and very customer service oriented and professional.

The coffee is always good,the donuts were a but stale but good with the coffee, the atmosphere was ok,however some other customers were rude but that's to be expected when you're waiting for for your coffee lol,the staff seemed confused when taking orders even tho you're standing Infront of them and not yelling thru a speaker box,I will go back but only thru the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: Very good,she let my daughter take her time to pick her donut.
