This is like the fourth time I've come to Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a chocolate almond milk drink, and they made it with whole milk. So, if I had a bigger problem than lactose intolerance, these people would kill me for not giving me what I asked for. Do they think people ask for a specific type of milk for no reason? What a lack of respect and consideration, and terrible service. It's deceptive, without knowing what being allergic or lactose intolerant can do...

Nikki served me she was super nice and we even shared a joke together in small talk. i felt comfortable with her. and my food cane to me warm and quick. overall i had a really nice time there and its not loud, so its good place to sit after you eat. thank you Dunkin.

I dont know what's going on at this Dunkin Donuts but I encountered this lovely lady named Nikki at the drive thru. She was as awesome as can be, I hope she takes my order again the next time I visit the store...Thank you Nikki
