1st time eating here. Server was excellent. Got 2 sandwiches and Mac & chz to go. Omg it was horrible. The sandwiches were like eating a shoe, couldnt bite through the sandwich, no flavor & cold. The Mac & chz was so over microwaved the container was shot out. What a waste of money. I expected at least something would have been edible. So no lunch & I'm out $15.
Placed a $50 online order only to arrive to the store to be told they are closed. Out of everything. Go away. What about my money? Too bad for me. Call the app. Cancel your order yourself. Not her problem. Employee was rude as hell and still listening to our convo and then yelled at us to get out of her drive thru. Still don’t have any dinner or my $50 as customer service on the website is automated and useless, just like the store.
Just close. You suck.
Had a good experience ordering thru the mobil app today, 5-10. Food was good and no problem picking up. Unable to get 6 Beignets but they subbed with apple pies. They seem to have corrected their issu
