There is a sign on the wall next to the register that states that the Popeyes employees have heart and they pride themselves on hospitality. This couldn't be further from the truth walking into this location, we were "greeted" with the most annoyed and insincere greeting by an employee that just looked so disgruntled that we walked in. The next employee that walked by us had just about the same attitude. The first employee was wearing a green shirt which I'm guessing signifying she was a manager or shift leader, every time she spoke to the customers ordering at the drive thru she just exuded negativity, we had to wait for the chicken nuggets because go figure it was the one item not sitting there under the heat lamps so we were told 3 minutes...6 minutes later we were given our food and the negative and insincere customer service continued. I will never come to this location ever again, and was highly disappointed. The entire staff, vibe, and just overall experience at this location was not heart, and showed no hospitality. If I were a leader or higher up in this company and witnessed this, I would have terminated every single member of the staff.

I pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and asked if they had spicy chicken. The gentleman told me yes. I proceeded to order and when I got to the window, I saw the woman grabbing chicken from different bins. I asked the guy in the window if all the chicken was spicy, and he assured me it was. I said I just wanted to make sure because I saw her grabbing chicken from different bins. When I got home, just as I thought. Only 1 of the 5 pieces of chicken was spicy. I can't believe the total disrespect and disregard of this Popeyes. They will definitely be hearing my mouth tomorrow when I show up there.Photos show chicken with no spicy.

Lost 2 delivery Uber order pick ups, the associate was rude waited 15 minutes in the drive thru at 12:45 pm, told me they just opened ( there were customers inside doors were locked ) and were not accepting Uber delivery orders, never going to this location again

I came to this location and there were only 2 people working. Rose was on the window with a smile and great energy. She was attentive and overall wonderful. I changed my order after placing it (because of my mom). Yet Rose didn't get upset or miss a beat! I appreciated her patience, her ability to stay calm and get the job done without the help needed from her employer.

This location never makes ANYTHING we’ve stopped in the morning, in the evening, weekdays and weekends. They REFUSE to make anything, told my son they didn’t have any of the new menu items. Completely incompetent staff and manager. Refused to even sell a side of mayo. Leaves phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer for said incompetence why did this place even open? Useless.

Ordered my food online, went to pick up an hour after, they said they didn't see my order until then, told me to pull my car up and they'd "bring it right out". I waited 15 minutes and they still hadn't come out. I went inside and asked the manager about the delay. The employees were making excuses and giving attitude; saying that the order had just popped up on thier screens and that the sweet spicy wings take 20 minutes to prepare. Manager said he'd take care of it for me and offered to give me extra (i didn't request but ok). I had to wait another 20 minutes to finally get my order (paid in advance online). Finally got the food, but no extra. It was tasty, or maybe I was just extra hungry since it almost took 2 hours from the time I ordered online... this place needs better management.

Went to Popeyes in Perry FL. It was excellent. Service was great. Went to Popeyes here on Tuesday 12/12 /23 at 12 noon. Very poor customer service. A police officer came in to order and left. He had to come back in because his order was wrong. I tried to get napkins for a slight spill. There was no access to napkins. My husband went in the bathroom to get paper towels to clean up the spill. He was able to grab a roll of paper towels on the counter. They were not in the dispenser. He brought the whole roll out to clean our spill. It's unfortunate because you have great chicken. Please step it up. We want your business in our neighborhood.

Literally useless. I know the bar is very low for fast food but this place is absolutely the worst, they didn't have anything 3 people in a row were trying to order and were very rude except for one Asian guy who was extremely nice but still useless. The African American chick was pretty rude but pretty cute too. I guess with looks comes attitude

Got food poisoning!My husband and I thought we would try the new Popeyes. Firstly they were out of white meat so we decided to try the chicken sandwich. The employees were not professional. Mumbled and hardly spoke. Definitely no thank you or any sort of caring response or activity. Shoved our food at us. We parking in the lot, found they got the order wrong but we weren’t bothered enough to go through the drive through again.About an hour or so later my husband and I both got hit with stomach issues. He didn’t eat all of his sandwich but was up all night feeling bad. I ate all mine and had severe nausea for 4 hours before I vomited and had massive diarreah.Will never eat here again.

Ordered online to pick up my lunch so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive thru. Went up to the door and it was locked. Went around the drive thru and there was not a soul in that building. Lights on but nobody there. 4 potential customers also left. What a joke. I'll never go there again. Very disappointing. Who's the District Manager for this location? Seems they need to get a handle on their employees. Bad business. ? Had to get a refund thru the app. At least that part was easy.
