Poor customer service, 11/30/2023 at 4:07 I pulled into the drive thru with three cars ahead of me. They haven’t served my food through the drive thru and it’s 4:21pm. I’ve been left sitting at the window with no explanation of why I haven’t gotten my food. I’ve hollered and they just ignored me. I will not be recommending this place to anyone nor do I recommend it to anyone reading this
Italian Beef Sandwich! A must!!
Well you guys shot yourself in the foot. I can’t believe after a year and a half of great service what just happened.
Since the soft opening i have been in the drive though 1-2 times a week. I have business lunches here. Via my profession I’ve sent an unreal amount of people to eat here.
I have never seen the girl at the drive up before. I have never seen the manager on hand-who they said has only been there two months.
