Umami Sushi Hibachi Restaurant and Bar

We were on vacation in the area and decided to check this place out. Instantly greeted with great hospitality from both hosts. Our server, Coral, was exceptional. Extremely attentive, hospitable, and gave great advice towards what to get on the menu. Prices were great for the amount you can order, everything came out in great time, and everything was extremely fresh. If you are in the area I 100% recommend checking this place out. Would personally come back multiple times if I lived in the area.

I’ve been coming here for years and often drive 30 minutes just to dine. Tonight, we arrived at 9:27pm and were told only the à la carte menu was available, that we were “too late” for the all you can eat. The hostess who greeted us was curt and unwelcoming, which was frustrating.

As someone who employs over 100 people and has worked with major casinos and resorts, I know hospitality is tough. But that’s why it’s critical to hire people who care about the guest experience.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill. I’m writing this from the parking lot on my way to another restaurant.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Umami Sushi for a long time, but I was really disappointed during my most recent visit. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, only to be told they wouldn’t serve the full menu. This was a surprise, as I’ve never had this issue before—and there was still plenty of time to prepare what I wanted.

It feels unfair to regulars like myself who support the business consistently, only to be met with new, uncommunicated policies that affect the experience. I hope management reconsiders how they handle late-night orders, especially when there’s ample time left on the clock.

Great all utilities can eat

They have all you can eat sushi, sashimi, dessert, apps, and hibachi for lunch and dinner. Their dinner selection has more to choose from but the lunch options are still satisfying.Their fish tastes fresh and we love taking our friends here for all you can eat sushi night. They have so many different rolls and apps to choose from. Love umami!

If you are in a hurry, this is the place to go. The sushi and sashimi is very fresh and you can order unlimited amounts. I ordered the sushi/sashimi combo and had a great meal.

We absolutely love this place. It's always fresh, the menu is phenomenal & the portions are perfect. We leave having to roll out the door, but are ready for more the next day. Great for families, kids & date night.

My husband and I went there for the all you can eat lunch special. And oh boyo was it special indeed. It was our first time and what a lovely treat. We tried probably eleven different things on the menu. Each so delicious ??????. Our server Nico was super sweet and very knowledgeable. Practically everything we ate was a really great recommendation from her. Mike came by and chatted with us a few times and made us feel so comfortable. Gosh we could've spent all afternoon eating that delicious sushi ?????. Plus I had to tell Mike the music was great. So different from the dreadful piped in stuff other places. We have to say we recommend everything. Cannot wait to go back with some friends. And the beautiful memory of watching my husband so animated while eating. You knew the food was good. ??????❤️

For AYCE sushi this spot gives you the most bang for your buck and the quality is quite good.

This is the go to place for all you can eat sushi. The price is anywhere from $20 for lunch to $30 for dinner. They have great drink specials and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant.
