Drive thru is slower than ____ . Fill in the blank with anything other than fast. Waited thirty minutes for a one person order. Never again.
On Nov 2, 2019 I went through the drive through and I was charged twice. $11.83.
In looking through social media this is quite common for Panera. I contacted Jessica at the store who assured me the additional fee would drop off. Well, that didn’t happen. Went to the store and Jessica showed me her paperwork and it would drop off in 8-10 days. Well, that didn’t happen.
