“I just wanted to thank Beth for helping me today and going above and beyond. Something happened on my end with a web order for a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday and I didn't catch it until nearly 4:00 pm (and on the eve of Hurricane Helene!). She offered to deliver it for me on her way home. I cannot thank Beth enough as our twins are going through their first birthdays away (and first hurricane!).
