Excellent food and services on point
Very delicious food. Empanadas are legit and the service wonderful. Highly recommend and I know there’s a lot of Colombian places in Sunrise but they’re mostly washed out and lost their authenticity or have insane prices.

Cali Aji Sunrise is a Colombian restaurant that serves very delicious, authentic food. The empanadas are legit and fried fresh to order, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The ajiaco is rich, comforting, and packed with tender chicken, potatoes, and authentic Colombian flavor. The mini bandeja paisa is perfectly prepared, fresh, and generously portioned. The tongue, covered with a tomato and onion sauce, is served with rice and fried yucca. The sancocho with oxtail is delicious, filled with potato and yucca, with the oxtail on the side with a portion of rice and fried plantains. The Sancocho de Costilla includes white rice, meat with sauce, and plantains. The Lomo Saltado has beef that is incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and exceptionally seasoned. Natural juices like Mora and Lulo are yummy and refreshing. The service is wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully decorated, cozy, and inviting, with bright embroidered cushions and a wall covered with Colombian hats. Salsa music plays in the background at just the right decibels. Highly recommend for good Colombian food.
