This Coral Springs location has only been open about a month. It used to be a Peruvian restaurant called Italo (same owner), and honestly the exterior still carries that awkward in-between energy. Blacked-out glass, neon, very much “is this a vape shop or an adult bookstore?” vibes.

Then you walk inside — and it’s a complete personality shift.

The interior is a full-on nerd shrine: Star Wars posters, Marvel art, retro signs, guitars on the wall, framed pop culture everywhere. Clean, bright, casual, and clearly meant to be fun. It feels intentional, not kitschy.

The food absolutely backs it up.

These are Venezuelan-style smash burgers — double patties, aggressively juicy, stacked with white cheese, Munster, bacon, potato stix, and a soft toasted bun that somehow holds together despite the chaos. You can see it in the cross-section: no dry beef, no filler, just meat, fat, cheese, and crunch.

But the real differentiator here is the sauce situation.

They bring out squeeze bottles like you’re about to conduct a science experiment:

• Ajo (garlic)
• Blue cheese (excellent)
• Bacon (ridiculous)
• Sweet corn (unexpectedly great)
• Trino sauce (tangy ranch-style)

Get fries for the table and just start mixing. This place understands that sauces are not a garnish — they’re the point.

Staff were super friendly, the menu was not complicated, and they have an awesome ice cream and soda shop for floats or desserts in-house, just have to purchase separate. “Food was good. The Mac and cheese was goey and very cheesy with a lot of flavor behind it. The collard greens was EXCELLENT, had myself coming back to it after every other spoonful or everything else. The flavor of the brisket was good, the bbq and the bbq mustard sauce gave it even more flair, it was just a little dense. The rice…..I can’t even say anything but good things. Haitians always make the best rice and that STILL stands. The cornbread was good and felt a little “cakeish” which is ALWAYS appreciated in my household, my mom enjoyed it. Definitely pass by if you get a chance; I’m going back for chicken next time.“

“I am from out of town so this was an interesting concept where there were food trucks sharing a place with a covered area with picnic tables and fake grass for the floor covering. It was nice to sit outdoors, service was fast and everyone friendly.

We ordered the Mediterranean platter with several items on it to try. Loved the Chicken kebob flavor, well marinated. Excellent hummus and fattoush salad. I honestly have never ordered a shawarma wrap (ours was a mix) but I have to say I really did like it! The meat was not chewy at all and I really liked the sauce they put on it. On another platter came some chimichurri, they should sell their chimichurri sauce it's the best I have ever tasted!!! Wasn't crazy about the pita bread extremely thin, dry and fell apart, no flavor as well. I ordered a strawberry limeade juice was really yummy and refreshing. Definitely will be returning to try other items.“
