“I was craving my moms sunday dinner on a random Monday so decided to give this spot a try...and I am glad I did... from the friendly service to the great food, everything was great. The portions are huge and flavor is on point.... this has been the only time I've enjoyed oxtail from a restaurant- taste like home cooking.. I see why they have 5 stars!“

“I stopped going about a year or two ago due to the drop in the quality of food. I decided to check them out again, because someone said it was under new management. I was greeted, but it could have been better. Upon asking about the food, it was like pulling teeth. Could have explained the menu and help with the options and get me a bit more interested in what they offered. Then, when she started to explain, she was flying through everything and I could barely hear her. The bottom line is, amp up the customer service and be a bit more friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, I purchased the curry chicken, peas n rice, and cabbage. Got home and saw that I had a plate full of rice and cabbage, no plantains(at least 2 small pieces) 1drumstick cut in half, half of a half of thigh and a small bone or two that was chopped up when they cut the chicken. That pissed me off, because $10.42 at least let me get a whole chicken leg quarter, two legs or something, is all I'm saying.“
