“If you're looking for authentic island flavors in Miami, Jigga Jerk Joint is definitely worth checking out.
The menu offers plenty of jerk options, so whether you're craving chicken, pork, or other Caribbean favorites, there's something for everyone. What stood out to me is that the portions and pricing are very fair you get a lot of flavor and value for your money.
One of the biggest surprises? Free parking. If you've spent any time in Miami, especially in that area, you know that's practically unheard of. Being able to pull in, park for free, and enjoy your meal without worrying about parking fees is a huge bonus.
The atmosphere has a laid-back island vibe that makes you want to slow down and enjoy yourself. You can grab a table and hang out with friends, or take your food to go if you're on the move.
Good food, good portions, good prices, and free parking in Miami? That's a combination that's hard to beat. I'll definitely be back for more jerk dishes.“

“Great food and atmosphere! My faves on the menu are the authentic Jamaican jerk pork and chicken with festival or bammy, the seafood platter is to die for, and the oxtail is boss! The cocktail choices are also ridiculously amazing!“

“Sharon, who took my order, was very nice and friendly. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, which was tastier than typical Chinese versions. The portion was generous, leaving me with leftovers. I chose rice and peas instead of regular white rice, and it came with fresh cabbage I believe and sliced carrots. I would definitely order it again. I mentioned the place to my godmother, who wants some oxtail. My dish cost about $18, which I found to be well worth it. It's not a dine-in restaurant, but it offers Caribbean items on the shelves as well.“

“If you want AUTHENTIC, delicious, satisfying Jamaican food that tastes like home. This is maybe the only place in Miami area to get it. It takes a long time to get the food so you have to call ahead and this is because they're making it from scratch fresh. It's definitely a hole in the wall, which is why I gave the atmosphere a 4, but it's nostalgic and a place for us as jamaicans to coalesce and feel at home. Love the owners as they are very hospitable and welcoming. This is a place that I can trust the food will be good everytime. Thank you for tasting like home !“

“Jamaica house is by far one of the best Caribbean restaurants in the area especially to be open 24/7 in south Florida. I’m from NY so I know. The owner and the workers are hard working and the food is always fresh. I love the gungo peas and rice. The oxtail is delish, j*** pork always on point and the fresh juices are always A1 with me. I come all the way from west of I75 to buy food from here. Jamaica House much love. Much respect.“

“I have been a long time visitor at Jamrock but I don’t feel like a visitor when I go there, I feel like family. It is a destination for my out of town family as well. The food is amazing and the people even better! Thank you for bringing a piece of Jamaica to Miami. 😀“
