“Food is always great at JM's, but what makes this specific location the best is the two young ladies who closed on Thursday, July 24th. I am in the restaurant biz myself, and I was amazed at how nice and genuine they were. I entered around 8:40 pm (they closed at 9:00pm) and I asked if I could still order and they didn't blink. They made me feel relaxed that I could enjoy my meal after I worked a 12-hour shift.

To Caesar (owner) and Cassidy (GM), I am sure you are aware already, but you have two great employees working for you and who representJM with such kindess and professionalism.

“We got a giftcard for them and OMG the subs were delicious!! They were exactly how we asked and it was 3 subs two were #7 and a BLT. They were perfect! Also we got a small pack of cookies and they were the mini cookies those were so soft but tasted so good!! The place is located to a good location right in front of the ikea lots of parking! Inside is clean everything organized! We went when they were about to close, they served us with fresh food and great customer service! Can’t wait to go back today!!!“

“I’ve always loved sandwiches, sub sandwiches in particular. So I knew about Firehouse Subs and wanted to try them. And i was not disappointed. Had the Spicy Cajun Chicken while my wife had the Steak and Cheese.
This was the best sub sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh and really really tasty. Also loved the pickle on side. Staff was friendly and service was really quick.“

“I ordered the wings and fries and they were burnt. I took them back complain to the cashier about it. They replaced them with more old wings that have been sitting there for a while. The food is not fresh. I do not recommend go to another Charlie.“

“On October 9, I came to the store to get two sweet onion teriyaki chicken subs and the employees were the nicest most helpful people. It’s unfortunate that customers do not respect the employees enough and aren’t polite enough for the service provided. The general public should acknowledge such hard work and praise it and stop expecting good service without being a good person.“
