Pretzels were tasty but the service was lacking. The young lady who helped us couldn't really answer a simple question about a fresh batch of pretzels that came out. They were shiny and we were asking what was on the pretzels and she kept saying they were plain pretzels...it wasn't until we asked what made the pretzels shiny that she answered they butter them.
While I don't live in the area, I needed to get something for my office as a thank-you for their hard work and decided to order them a smorgasbord of pretzels and dips. They were so thrilled. I got more compliments then I ever have on anything else I have ever sent them. Everyone said they were so delicious. I had someone from my office go and pick it up and it worked out great! This will be a new tradition to send them each year.

Pretzels are my favorite shopping snack and Wetzel's never disappoints. The service was excellent, the guy was so nice and even gave us frozen lemonade samples while we waited. We got the regular pretzel bits and they were packed to the top. Easily shared between 2-3 people! Warm and buttery. Definitely a win.
