“Always very consistent, your food is always delicious hot fresh made to order, the staff is always great and considerate. We really enjoyed coming to the location on West Tennessee Street as it's not too far from my house and you can go through the drive-thru really fast because they have a system setup as to where the employees will come to your car and take your order so when you get to the building it is ready for you to pick up.“

“This chicken sandwich was by far the best one I have ever had, in all my 25 years of going to Chik-fil-A.This chicken was so THICK and so juicy. My Mom said the same thing. Best she'd ever had too.I wish they were all that good!!Parking isnt the greatest but it was worth it for that chicken sandwich!“
“This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me so I do frequent it. I will save that the parking lot and drive-through accessibility are not the best of the best, but it is not horrible or annoying. Bannerman Crossing is gaining popularity and is a hotspot in the area and I am so very thankful that they have a Chick-fil-A. The staff here seems to be very professional and sweet and effective And you know the trigger words “my pleasure” will be heard every single time.“
“This location stays busy the majority of the day. Despite the continuous flow of customers, the staff always provides each customer with wonderful service. Every employee is always upbeat, positive, and welcoming. When in the Tallahassee area, this is my preferred location.
Parking: The parking isn't ideal for the amount of traffic this location receives. Being located in a Winn-Dixie plaza, it is a little difficult when there is a significant line in the drive thru.“
“Best location in Tally! We usually do curbside pickup but drive thru occasionally. The employees are always so nice and helpful. Our order has never been wrong as far in the few years we've been coming here. Wait times are much better than the Magnolia location. The store is clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work!
Parking: Parking lot has a decent amount of spots. The curbside spots are easy to get in and out of. The drive thru is well managed and easy to get through.“
