“I found a hair in my food by mistake and called the store right away. Allison answered and was extremely professional and kind. She apologized, assured me that everyone was wearing their hairnets, and immediately made it right. She refunded my meal, remade my order fresh, and even gave me coupons for a future visit. I really appreciate how well she handled the situation. Thank you, Allison!“

“Always very consistent, your food is always delicious hot fresh made to order, the staff is always great and considerate. We really enjoyed coming to the location on West Tennessee Street as it's not too far from my house and you can go through the drive-thru really fast because they have a system setup as to where the employees will come to your car and take your order so when you get to the building it is ready for you to pick up.“

“Literally never had a bad meal from Chick-fil-A, ever! My favorites are the spicy sandwich meal, sub for the whole grain bun, and nuggets with side salad and their ranch dressing. Breakfast is always delicious too, either the chicken minis or a breakfast burrito. (But I miss the chicken, egg & cheese bagel!)“

“Service was great food was good spicy chicken sandwich was a little tough I got Mac and cheese instead of fries with my meal it was good too, just a little to much ice in my drink so I got a refill before I got my To go order and told them a little less ice over all I give it a 9 out of 10“

“This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me so I do frequent it. I will save that the parking lot and drive-through accessibility are not the best of the best, but it is not horrible or annoying. Bannerman Crossing is gaining popularity and is a hotspot in the area and I am so very thankful that they have a Chick-fil-A. The staff here seems to be very professional and sweet and effective And you know the trigger words “my pleasure” will be heard every single time.“

“Went here the other day, incredible staff, food was hot and tasted just like my home Chick-Fil-A. I couldn’t figure out how to order on the self-service kiosk so the supervisor came out and helped me, super nice guy. Friendly staff the whole way through, definitely will come here again.“
