“Chipotle is wonderful and it has always been a staple. I think there was a period of time where chipotle really lost popularity, and it has been years ago and was associated with. I can’t remember maybe a salmonella outbreak? I’m so happy that the company made it through that situation because their food is really good. With that said now that we have surcherros in Tallahassee, I really have to say that their food is superior to chipotle. However, we do not have surcherros everywhere and if you are near chipotle, their food is still delicious and amazing enough to go there instead of having to drive across town to a different restaurant.“
“We went to three different Chipotle restaurants, and the first one was packed. So we went to a different one and they were out of things. We then went to the last one, and they were also out of things as well. Wasn't a very good experience for us.“
“There were 4 other customers besides myself inside the restaurant. 1 before me and 3 behind me. At the counter, I noticed it was messy; perhaps due to them just completing the lunch rush, since it was a little after 1pm.
The young guy stepped forward to take my order. He gave plentiful portions, unlike most workers that give the bare minimum. He was quick and accurate, not saying much.
As he nearly completed my order, he informed the cashier what my order was. She didn't hear him and asked him to restate it so she could ring it up. He then loudly said it and she got upset with him, telling him not to be a jerk. He mumbled something under his breath, and she told him to shut up. To resolve the dispute, I told her what I had and told both of them to be nice. We all chuckled, and I took my food and left.
The drink area was clean and the plastic ware and napkin bins were full.
The lobby/dining area was clean.
My food order was the sofrita bowl. It was made perfectly and tasted delicious!“
“I visited this place for lunch on a Friday. Waited in line for a good 10 mins. My turn I wanted a burrito bowl with brown rice. The young lady told me it would be 30 min wait for brown rice. Im like seriously on a Friday with a line out the door. She looks at me as if she's over it...so i.asked is there brown rice on the door dash side and she walked over to check. She served me brown rice. Just sounds like poor prep and planning. Im just giving it a low rating because the young lady attitude was like she didn't want to be there. And someone in front of customers looking like they dont want to be there. Isn't a good look for the company. Just my opinion. Overall the food was.cold and mediocre.“
