I had an incredible experience at Culver’s that went far beyond great food. I accidentally threw away my phone with my tray and was honestly panicking. When I told the staff, they immediately jumped into action and went through their trash—without hesitation—to help me find it.
Their kindness and willingness to help meant the world to me. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated.
