Amazing night out with the hubby. We walked here feom our hotel. Theres a reason this is called the best restaurant in Tallahassee and it did not disappoint. The food is so good with balanced flavors and complementary textures. The service is top notch. We shared the charted octapus, and a side of the ciaco pepe, my husband had the veal parmesan and I the braised lamb shank, the lamb fell off the bone it was so tender. Do not skip dessert, the baked alaska was bomb but in my opinion...
Good food, would come back for that, and table service was also great. Low stars for the hostess giving a solo diner grief for asking for a table instead of being seated at the bar. It's not too much to ask on a Monday evening for a business traveler.
They asked me to take my baseball hat off when I came in.
This is a very nice place. The ribeye steak was to die for. The service by Hayden and Dennis was top-notch. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. If you’re looking for a five star experience this is where you should go. Please don’t be trying to save money if you’re coming here be ready to pay for the experience. This is not for the budget minded people.
