Nagoya Steakhouse and Sushi Reviews
Christmas Eve afternoon lunch with friends from out-of-town was as entertaining as it was delicious. The hibachi show wasn't over the top, and the prices were totally reasonable.

First of all- HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY CHIKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Secondly- I’m sorry to Alivia and the rest of the 10 other people who came to Nagoya on N. Monroe for her birthday dinner. This was the worst management/ownership of any restaurant I’ve seen in 35+years. The manager came and asked, “do you want a free dessert, or do you want a discount?” I WASN’T ASKING FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE!! I was just trying to make them aware of our complaints...read full review
Sushi and wine were on point! I really enjoyed the Fancy Nagoya Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, Philadelphia Roll and Cabernet Sauvignon

Nagoya Steakhouse and Sushi offers a great selection of sushi rolls and hibachi dinners. The staff is friendly, and wait times are short. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including the shrimp lovers roll, the titanic roll, and the steak and shrimp hibachi. The skilled and attentive hibachi chef provides a fun experience. Customers have praised the delicious food, noting the tender steak and fresh vegetables. The steak teriyaki is described as good, with a generous portion of fried rice and vegetables. The seafood tonkatsu, featuring shrimp and scallops, is also highlighted for its great flavor. The interior is clean and cozy, making it a lovely option for a night out. Guests have enjoyed the option of community hibachi tables and have found the prices reasonable, making it accessible to a wide range of palates. Free parking is available as well.
Customers love the hibachi filet, which never disappoints, and the well-prepared rice. The portion sizes are great, but the food cooked on the grill can sometimes be overcooked and dry. The sashimi and soup are excellent, and the restaurant is clean with friendly staff and entertaining hibachi chefs. Customers often have leftovers for lunch the next day, as the portions are plentiful, including soup broth, salad, lo mein noodles, fried rice, vegetables, and the meat choice.
