Had to wait twenty minutes for them to takeover. Went inside and no one still took my order. Know one had on hair nets. Just poor customer service. Left the store didn't want nothing from this Popeyes. Went in store June 13, 2026 at 4 PM

Ms. V was awesome! I went there around 10pm on 05/31 at the drive-thru. I loved her energy and customer service at the drive-thru and the window. She made sure I had everything in the bag. I will definitely go back to this location because of her. Thanks again, Ms. V!!

Stop being such cry babies…. Come with respect and you will get the same in return!!! Not everything is available all the time but we do our best. Don’t like the service then stay home and cook. Simple as that.

My go to stop on the way to FSU baseball games. I appreciate that they get my order correct every time even with special instructions. And the food is always hot/fresh.

Yesterday I reached out through the popeyes app because there is no other way to speak with a customer service agent. I placed an order at 10:39 am on 4/28/26 and was advised it would be ready at 11:15am. I arrived at 11:15 am via drive thru. Although it was not busy I patiently waited because there seemed to be a wait. I pull up to the window 6 minutes later and received my drinks and was asked to pull up to the front. I kindly did so. At this point it was 11:30 am so I walked in and kindly prefaced with “Hello, I'm not here to be rude. I was just wondering how much longer my food would be because I am now running late for my son’s school event. “

The two employees barely looked at me but slightly rolled their eyes, ignored me and kept doing what they were doing.” To which I kindly said, “never mind - please keep the food, I will reach out for a refund.” I don’t eat at Popeyes because they have a history of acting like this. The only reason I decided to go was because my son wanted a Luffy Box. My experience was so horrible that I did not even drink the drinks because I want nothing for free. I just want my money back and I am prepared to bring those drinks back.

me and my husband went in there and this AMAZING young woman was so enthusiastic and so helpful. she was an absolute doll and a pleasure to be around. we went on senior bar crawl night and she was still so upbeat even though it was super busy. she was so respectful and we could tell everyone around her adores her!

Ladies working there couldnt read. They got my online order entirely wrong then defended giving me wings instead of dark spicy by giving me mild breasts. Pretended they didnt put pieces in a 6 piece meal.

Church's chicken isn't far, go there instead.

It’s literally only the one on Tennessee this is 3rd time this has happened with them and my order is never right. I ordered tenders and they always bring just wings and no tenders. If you don’t have tenders don’t have them as an option.

The server was rude and we waited on just a chicken sandwich and a 2 piece snack no one else was in line I understand if we waited for fresh food but sandwich was cold it was put together the fries was stale the 2 piece chicken was hot but the biscuits was hard I don’t know why every time I go to the one on Tennessee they always have a nasty attitude and the food is horrible I like the one on thomasville road they always very polite and food fresh
