First fire Paul the manager on duty on 06/18/2021 @ 8:00 p.m. or train him in customer service. I ordered a medium lemon berry slush. It was hot like it had been sitting out and it had a bitter disgusting taste. Right out the gate he came to the window with an attitude because I told him that it was hot. We waited for over 20 minutes, then 10 more minutes after the screen said our order was in it’s way. Didn’t even receive half of our food. When we pressed the red button twice we weren’t acknowledged. Called the store and was put on hold while I could hear everyone go about their business and ignore me. They never picked up the phone so I hung up and called back and it’s still busy. Wish I could just get my money back. This place is a shithole
