I come here frequently because it’s close to my job but they’re usually pretty busy. I always order online to prevent a long wait time but when I got there today my order wasn’t ready, I wasn’t running late for work or anything and they had quite a few people in there, so it didn’t bother me much. I stood there for probably 15ish minutes before my food was ready (my drink was ready immediately as I walked in) and on my way out a nice gentleman gave me a $4 off gift card...

Its a new place. Everything feels bright and fresh. Some how they do not get the right instructions often. When we saw less ice its to less. When you want it moderately strong, it is too much. Probably the folks need more time to get used to.

Expeditiously satisfied with the Services at Starbucks Southwood (That's not to mention other Tallahassee locations of Goodworks)!! I've gone frequently, even before their move from their nearby "across the street" Publix plaza corner & former location. The team is always courteous, pursuing the best for the members coming in. I know them by face and most of all the staff by name! (BIG THANKS to Mr. Anders, Ms. Jenny, Ms. Ore, Mr. Braxton, Ms. Meghan, Ms....
