Wendy's Reviews
My son went through the drive thru tonight and when we got home they did not have any chili just gave me the taco salad. They also left out my medium fries. They have my husband a sweet tea instead of an unsweet tea. As much as we pay to eat out these days I think we should get better service. We have gone to two other restaurants where they have gotten our order wrong as well. I am going to start leaving bad reviews if my orders are wrong from now on. I am so sick of getting...read full review
Last night I stopped by Wendy’s in my way home. It was 9:40pm. They close at 10pm.
I ordered chili and a Junior bacon cheeseburger 4 for 4 with a sweet tea.
They are out of sweet tea. In hindsight it’s probably because they threw it out because they were closing everything up.
I get to the window to pay and the guy asks me what my order was and I tell him.
Well, the lady that took my order never put the order in.

Went for breakfast at the Bannerman Road location. Sign said dining room opened at 9 a.m. It was after 9, but the door was locked. Walked next door to Chick-fil-A.

Wendy's is a dependable restaurant known for its quick service and accuracy. The burgers are prepared as described on the menu, and the staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. A single drive-thru window can sometimes cause long lines, but the food quality stays good. The pecan salad, single burger, and frosty are popular items, though they can be a bit pricey, with a total cost close to $20. Customers appreciate the fast and polite service, especially at the location many consider the best Wendy's to visit, despite the drive. Parking and exiting can be somewhat challenging, but overall, Wendy's remains a solid choice for a meal. Recent experiences include waiting about 15 minutes at 9 pm for a mobile order, where some items like the berry and chocolate frosty were unavailable, but staff handled the situation politely and refunded the frosties. The staff has shown improvement, with friendly greetings and good teamwork during lunch hours. However, there have been some issues, such as overcooked fries and nuggets, and rude behavior at the drive-thru, with staff complaining about split orders and not offering napkins or condiments. Despite these problems, service remains quick, and the location is often praised for its efficiency and friendly team who handle busy times well.
