YESSSS! This is the one on Appalachee!! They have a NEW MANAGER!! I forgot his name but he's definitely New at this particular location! He handles EVERYTHING with grace & no attitude nor does he act like the food or money is coming out of his pocket! But most importantly he's TOP TIER for customer service! Omgggg the fact that the chicken strips were the size of my pinky finger (which is small & thin btw) he checked out food & automatically informed them...

I want to give a big shout-out to Jamous M., an associate at Zaxby’s. His customer service was absolutely top-tier. He was so friendly, pleasant, and made the whole experience enjoyable. He was also very diligent and attentive, which really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who provides this level of care and professionalism, and Jamous truly did an outstanding job.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable, making it a good value. I’ll definitely be back!
