“I placed an online pickup order tonight and realized when I got home that one of my items had been substituted without me knowing. I called up there, and Wes, the manager on duty, was super helpful and professional. He listened, offered a solution that made sure we were taken care of.
Really appreciate the great customer service. The rest of our meal was good, and Wes definitely turned it around for us. Thank you again!“
“Not sure why we always end up here and we have never had a problem like some of the other people complain. Sure sometimes we have to wait but its never the excruciatingly long 10 minutes like other people complain. The service is always friendly and the food is good. In a pinch after a long day its a good place to grab a bite to eat. When they mess up an order the manager is always willing to make it right and that is enough for us to keep going back.“
