Ava Tampa is an exceptional Italian restaurant serving fresh, made-from-scratch dishes. The grilled octopus offers a flavorful experience, and the cheese and meats board is a generous and delicious selection. The bucatini is a standout. The bread service is a must-have; the bread is straight out of the oven with a wonderful texture and a touch of sweetness, though some find it more like a fried churro on the outside. The tagliatelle a la bolognese is always fantastic, and the pork chop is tender, juicy, and flavorful. The pasta is amazing, and the drinks are equally good.
