Baskin Robbins in Tampa

“Crew at the Baskin Robbins on Ehrlich Rd is friendly, fast and so helpful. I took my son there for a treat after his flag football game and they were awesome! Donuts were fres and ice cream served up with smiles, despite ordering ice cream at 10 a.m.!“

“Came to this location after another location lied about no longer serving ice cream after 8. I called ahead and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and informed me that if Dunkin' is open so are they and that we were “More than welcome to come by” and see them. We did and the young man at the drive thru was patient and respectful and a true blessing to customer service. He went above and beyond and we made sure to thank him properly. Will return to this location just to see these two young men excel!“

“I enjoyed my visit at this location. The employee was very helpful and walked me through the menu option. The service was also super quick and easy!

Parking: There was an adequate amount of parking spaces

Kid-friendliness: They also have children's size portions as well.“

“Lots of nice things to say about this place, especially the staff. I found them quite a delight. Very helpful and patient when my kid made a confusing order by asking for some weird thing on the menu. Restaurant was clean and inviting. It looked like they had lots of empty space where other flavors of ice cream should go or something. Hope they get their supply back up.“

“Be aware there is not the full 31 flavors at this location, as it is a shared location with Dunkin donuts. They still have great ice cream, and many of the favorite flavors, Rainbow sherbet, Oreo cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip (as examples). Unfortunately when we visited they didn't have any more waffle cones...“

“The store is bright and clean. The staff was wonderful helpful and very kind. I did not give 5 stars because the cake I ordered was underwhelming. The cakes are very small and the scoops were a bit wonky. It isn’t ice cream sandwiches on the cake but Oreos filled with ice cream. All around I think the store itself is nice and so are the employees but the cakes the company offers aren’t worth $50 they’re too small/short.“
