8/21/203 I ordered some quarts online and prepaid on my credit card. When I got to the store, they said they had no orders with my name. Since I was there and it being my husband's birthday, I picked out a couple of quarts and had to pay for them again. This caused me to have to enter a dispute with my credit card company. Makes me wonder what's going on there. Will never go there again.
I'm traveling and made the mistake of coming here. They had almost no variety in the ice cream case. A bunch of duplicate flavors. And the signs were all wrong. There was only one person working and that was for dunkin and br. We got ice cream but it wasn't what we actually wanted and there was other ice creams mixed into my ice cream. Very disappointing experience.

The food service industry is a challenge these days and I take no pleasure in highlighting failure, but unfortunately this establishment is as bad as other reviews here indicate. The service is beyond terrible. The cleanliness of the establishment is well below par. Somebody somewhere owns this business and it's disheartening to see they have absolutely no pride in running it.
