“My service dog and I stopped by Baskin-Robbins on a hot Florida day, and it was such a wonderful experience! My pup absolutely loved getting a Pup Cup, and it was the perfect treat to help him cool off.
For myself, I ordered chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, and it brought back such special memories. It was my grandma's favorite treat to get for me, and every bite reminded me of those sweet moments we shared together. It was comforting, nostalgic, and exactly what I needed.
The staff were kind and welcoming, and the whole visit made my day. Thank you for not only serving great ice cream but also helping create new memories while bringing back cherished old ones. We'll definitely be back!“

“People have been giving this place low reviews but when I went in today, I met a very patient and kind team of people who were happy to give me ice cream and that's all I'd want going into a place like this! I never got her name but around 4 Pmish today she made me the new Sydney Sweeney sherbet and she was very kind, calmly explained things to me even though I'm sure she has to do it all day, and that's hard to come by in food service now! Will be coming back here!“
