“Absolutely love this place! As soon as you walk in a mouth watering cinnamon and waffle smell just takes you away. I love the different flavor options and they even have more options in the back. They are posted by the register. They have sugar free options as well as non-dairy options. The customer service is out of this world! I love coming here every time I get a chance. It's definitely a local Lakeland favorite! The owners are so sweet and they way everyone in this place treats children and even adults is just top notch! Love that you can sample any ice cream you want but my favorite is definitely the Cappy's (Frozen Cappuccino)!“

“People have been giving this place low reviews but when I went in today, I met a very patient and kind team of people who were happy to give me ice cream and that's all I'd want going into a place like this! I never got her name but around 4 Pmish today she made me the new Sydney Sweeney sherbet and she was very kind, calmly explained things to me even though I'm sure she has to do it all day, and that's hard to come by in food service now! Will be coming back here!“
