“Crew at the Baskin Robbins on Ehrlich Rd is friendly, fast and so helpful. I took my son there for a treat after his flag football game and they were awesome! Donuts were fres and ice cream served up with smiles, despite ordering ice cream at 10 a.m.!“
“Came to this location after another location lied about no longer serving ice cream after 8. I called ahead and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and informed me that if Dunkin' is open so are they and that we were “More than welcome to come by†and see them. We did and the young man at the drive thru was patient and respectful and a true blessing to customer service. He went above and beyond and we made sure to thank him properly. Will return to this location just to see these two young men excel!“
“Be aware there is not the full 31 flavors at this location, as it is a shared location with Dunkin donuts. They still have great ice cream, and many of the favorite flavors, Rainbow sherbet, Oreo cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip (as examples). Unfortunately when we visited they didn't have any more waffle cones...“

“Lots of nice things to say about this place, especially the staff. I found them quite a delight. Very helpful and patient when my kid made a confusing order by asking for some weird thing on the menu. Restaurant was clean and inviting. It looked like they had lots of empty space where other flavors of ice cream should go or something. Hope they get their supply back up.“
“The time is 7:50pm. We had gone to the Dunkin Donuts on 7004 N Dale Mabry first. When we walked in all they had left was 4 different flavors of munchkins and all the empty racks on the counter as if they were going to close (they don't close til 10pm), service was mediocre. So we decided to try the one on hillsborough and my goodness what a difference! As soon as we walked in such a Warm welcome, Big smiles and Exceptional service. Jeriaya took care of us and was phenomenal! This is my Dunkin hotspot thanks to such a great experience that the staff provided.“
