“They're always quick and courteous. I usually do mobile order so I'm never in there long, but someone always acknowledges me within a few seconds of me standing in the pick up area. They confirm I'm picking up and then what my order is. It's always out within a few minutes which I appreciate on my way to work. The drive thru line is always a mess so I never go anywhere near it. It's poorly designed so I recommend to go inside and order or mobile order with a pick up inside“
“I am a frequent customer of Dunkin' Donuts. This location is by far the best I have ever visited! As we all know, most places are understaffed. I believe the managers name is Neomi. She was making sandwiches, preparing drinks and ringing up orders all by herself! I have actually waited longer at stores that were fully staffed! People, who have never worked in customer service are quick to give bad reviews but I know exactly how that young lady felt and she did not disappoint!!!“
