Ordered 2 sundaes and a milkshake. After waiting for 30 minutes we asked for a refund. No reason for us to be waiting this long for an order when we clearly see 4 people working behind the counter. First and last time. Horrible customer service.
Went to pick up a preordered Celebration Happy 80th Dad Birthday Cake. Message was blurred - asked why, “we don’t make the cakes here’. As I was leaving, noticed puddled ice cream and cake partially collapsed - store had refroze it. Went back in - no apologies, had to ask employee to call store manager to resolve. Solution money back or swap cake. End result was a unpersonalized, pink frosted cake - HAPPY 80TH B-DAY DAD : (
