The pizza was wonderful as always! The chopped salad was delicious and a huge portion - very easy to share 4 ways. The pasta entrees were delicious. Domenic, our waiter, was outstanding.
Always love Bavaro- the pizza is amazing and I got the special chicken Parmesan which was delicious!! Julie our server was knowledgeable and so friendly, can't wait to go back!!
I always leave a review because the PIZZA IS ALWAYS THAT GREAT!!! Thanks Kendall, until next time!
Staff were great. Food was good, but nothing more special than any other good Italian I've had. I'd eat there again next time I'm in town. The Vodka souse was good, but a little sweet and ditch for my taste.
I've been a patron of Bavarro's for over 10 years. Ever since the TV was added the atmosphere isn't great. It changes the lighting, it changes the romantic vibe of not looking at screens and we noticed all the staff stopping working and watching the baseball game. Our server wasn't very attentive. She took so long to return after dropping the dessert menu we decided against it. I think her name was Caitlin or something similar sounding. Our food was incredible as always and we love the consistency of the food quality throughout the years. This won't deter us from returning but it won't be a spot we return to for a romantic atmosphere anymore until that TV is removed.
Cozy Italian, food is clearly made in house and with care. Excellent service in a busy restaurant . Well done
Our server was great. The food tasted good and the portions were about right. We were seated right next to the entrance and staging area where they place pick up orders and rolled silverware. The constant human traffic inches away from my chair took away from the ambiance. We almost asked to be re seated but decided otherwise. The staff did their best to navigate around us. Just part of a busy Friday night in a quaint restaurant.
Great pizza and garlic bread! More than enough for two people to share. The wine was a bit pricey, but if you come at happy hour, it's half off. Great spot.
This is a small cafe type of vibe. It is very cute and good energy on the inside. This is a great spot to head on a date night out. Pizza was great!
We always enjoy Bavaro's. Tonight we had the meatballs appetizer and it was delicious. We also enjoyed the shrimp scampi special and the Americano pizza. Both delicious and the cannoli's were outstanding. You can't go wrong choosing this restaurant.

Whenever we go to the Straz for a show/performance, we dine at Bavaro's. Great value for a great meal.
The bread option is highly recommended. Choose the $3 option for cheese. $16 is too much for bread but it is really good. I was very disappointed with the ravioli. The pasta was too thick and some were dry and undercooked. I prefer soft ravioli. The pizza was good. Crispy/soft edges a little too soft bottom. The oysters were a total waste. They were so small that you really could not see them or taste them. All you could taste was Parmesan cheese. And they were expensive.
Good vibes, enjoyable European atmosphere. Service was good and not intrusive, plus solid recommendations for food!
The pizza is so very authentic Italian because it is cooked in a 900 degree open oven. The sauce is outstanding, the wait staff is very accommodating and friendly. It's very small inside but has outside tables as well. We had the Americano pizza and it was one of the best pizza's I've eaten. Give it a try but be sure to make reservations.
Great restaurant! Pizzas are fabulous. Pastas are fresh and so good. And you have to try the Nutella pizza for dessert!! Absolutely decadent!!!
