Bavaro's Pizza Napoletana & Pastaria

This is one of two restaurants in downtown Tampa that doesn’t use seed/vegetable oils in their food. They use extra virgin olive oil and you can taste the freshness. This is also one of the only restaurants in the entire city, where you can get baked wings. Yes, they are cooked in a wood fired stove. Order them without the honey sauce and you have perfectly delicious wings that aren’t fried or drenched in canola/sunflower oil. A very healthy lunch or diner, I get them on the regular.

Bavarros food is amazing! The staff is great, Jennifer is the best, she has great suggestions! Burrata pizza and penne alla vodka are my favorite.

Small spot but the food was really good. Make sure you set reservations. I wouldn't try to just walk in.

We have a wonderful experience at the Tampa location! Delicious meals, excellent service and the ambiance is amazing. I wish the St Pete location offered the same experience but sadly it does not even come close.

Hands down the best pizza we have had outside of Italy. This place is awesome. So glad we found it. Pasta....amazing; appetizers were good and Pizza was outstanding! We will definitely be back

Bavaro's Pizza Napoletana & Pastaria is my top favorite restaurant in Tampa. I recommend it. They have a great staff, and the food comes out fast. The vodka pasta is my favorite, but there are so many other great things to try! Overall, if you're looking for a great atmosphere and great food, Bavaro’s is the place to go!

Very, very good. Had the salmon and it was as good as any I've had. Staff exceptionally accommodating. General manager checked on us and it looked like it may be his standard practice.

We ate outside. Our server was very polite and fast. We ordered the Caesar salad and Margarita pizza, which was delicious—our favorite pizza in Tampa. You can park in the public parking lot right around the corner. It cost 20 dollars but it's convenient.

I've been to the St Pete location and this one is smaller. Ordered the special pizza with wild dinghies and maybe 30% of the pizza was topping, most was dough. I ordered the dessert special which came without the cream because ‘they ran out'. I ordered a special spritz drink which never came. Meh.
