Service is prompt. Food is lip smacking good. Ribs, falling off the bone, chicken, tender and juicy, the sweet potato pie is excellent. We came as a group, ate in the dining room no problem accommodating us.

6/10/25 ordered a white meat chicken sandwich. What I got was a far cry from what I ordered. I was told that Ribs would be 45 minutes. I was hungry. So I ordered chicken. I got a dried up wing and a dried up piece of meat from the rib cage. My fault because the sign say look at your order because it will not be replaced once you leave. My bad. I will not be going back. The food is a toss up now! No more, I’ve had enough!

The food was horrible and made me physically ill. You all should be ashamed to serve that to anyone and especially at those prices. The meat was as dry as the desert. The sides were sad and pathetic. I would say don't eat here you may end up sick. I ordered from them as a last resort bc the decent bbq spots were closed. Don't I repeat DON'T waste your money or risk your health eating here. I remember when Big John's was a reputable company, now it it is straight expensive trash.

Why did they take the Tea dispenser down? The container don't keep the drink cold and who wants to drink out of a bottle like a baby not to mention they went up on the price.

Good barbecue, no doubt the only problem with this place is they rush people out at the end of the day so they can close early if they are going to do that why have hours of operation it makes no sense at all!

One of the best in the area. Been a fan for over 40 years. Edit Why would you not open the doors at 10 minutes after 11:00 with customers standing outside the doors? I went out of my way to come there for lunch that day, but if you don't care enough to open on time, what else are not caring about?
