Menu said 12$ but then came up to the counter and was charged 17$. It ended up being $21 after the tip. The meal was big, but was pure rice, beans, and a dry meat with a tiny sauce. Lacked the attention to detail, or flavor that would make us feel okay about spending 20 bucks in that. All good and I appreciate the struggle, but the owner needs to rethink things a bit.
