“I hadn't been going for almost a year. I liked everything. It was a wonderful day, the quality of the special service, exquisite food, the cozy atmosphere, very busy. Congratulations to all the workers, especially those in the kitchen.“
“Ate here for the second time at my son’s college orientation. This day they were serving Cuban-style entrees including pulled pork, rice and beans, and fried plantains. Had a delicious soft serve cone for dessert! Definitely one of tue best dining halls on the Tampa campus.“
“I don't accept the fact that this Restaurant and Others are DEMANDING TIPS, they don't realize that you're on a fixed income and are DISABLED, you sacrifice once a month to go out to a Restaurant, that's a shame, I do not AGREE THAT EVERYONE CAN TIP !!!“
“Reliable variety of standard expected shmorgasboard dishes that you would find in any chinese buffet. Plenty of seating.Vegetarian options: It's a Chinese restaurant, so naturally you have to ask to make sure that there are no fish base. Or meat base ingredients in the things that you would typically think are vegetarian.Parking: You'll always find a parking spot nearby. There are even parking spots for buses.Kid-friendliness: Your kids can run wild in this spot and no one will say a word. Those are some of the benefits of being in an urban area.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe that the entry way is on the ground level. However, there may be 1 or 2 steps that I didn't really take into consideration, so you may need to call to verify.“
“It was Mother's day, so pretty crowded. However the food was definitely fresh ? and my server was pretty quick and efficient considering the amount of people in her station.Vegetarian options: It definitely catered in selection wise for any vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: The dessert ? ? ? ? ? ? is any (even big) kids' dream“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at South Tampa Sandwich Shop, and it's now my go-to spot for the best pan con bistecs and Cuban coffee in town. The flavors were authentic and truly captured the essence of Cuban cuisine. The pan con bistec was perfectly seasoned, and the Cuban coffee had that rich, bold taste that I crave. One tip for fellow visitors: be mindful that it can get quite busy during lunchtime, so plan accordingly. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff managed to keep the service prompt and friendly.“
