The food was good, but I ordered through uber eats in which the driver informed me that when he asked for my drinks that I paid nearly 10 dollars for, the cashier up front decided they were going to scoff at him and walk away mid-question. Driver seemed shaken about the situation. The fact that yall can openly disrespect ur drivers when the customers that rely on them are paying over 80 dollars for food btw is insane! BurgerFi Tampa offers a great experience with amazing food. The burgers are delicious and awesome, with hot onion rings and an amazing selection for the distinguished connoisseur, including burgers with extra meat and spice options and unique vegetable toppings. The chicken tenders are the best, very tender, and the food is good and delicious. The variety of options on the menu is great. The inside is very clean and organized. The new owner operator is great and cool, and the servers are super nice, polite, helpful, and incredibly sweet. However, the ordering system can be a mess, sometimes deleting part of an order or not printing a receipt. The place can seem very understaffed, with only one woman working on a busy Saturday night, leading to a wait of about 35 minutes for 5 tenders with no sides. Despite this, the staff takes their time with each order, ensuring good food. Overall, a 10/10 place to keep coming back to.
