Everyone we’ve been there the flavor profile never changes which is the reason why we keep going back. The menu selection is huge is also a reason why we keep returning they have a little bit of everything for everyone!!!! Don’t take my word for it go try them out!

I can't comment on authenticity - I'm not Asian. I'm also not.from Florida but had a taste for Chinese, China Yuan was the closest to my hotel. It does seem a little on the pricy side, but I'm not incredibly upset about that. I ordered Mongolian Beef and Pork Fried rice ($33), they were both delicious. Everyone was friendly and as someone that isn't Asian, I feel like this restaurant is authentic as it gets in the US. Reminded me of being in Chinatown in Chicago. The food is really good.

Shit service when busy, take forever to collect the order paper. The paper already filled out and won’t even consider picking it up not even when passing the table multiple times. Rather clean tables and get people seated just to have them never order. Female proprietor is rude as well. Called ahead and they lied about wait time and further said a reservation couldn’t be placed and didn’t need to be. Lied. Go to yummy house, better food and 12 min away from here. Definitely better service by a long shot.

Awful experience for a first time on Christmas day. Once we sat down, the service was so slow, and even slower for the food to come out. We were a party of 4 and only 2 meals came out. Nearly an hour after the server tells us the kitchen is backed up, but when I point out that tables that were sat after us received their food she just kept saying they are backed up. The absolute worst communication from the server! Then once I told her to just pack up our order togo since we had been there 2 hours then suddenly the food was coming right out. The remaining food was poorly put together, some was cold, and none of it was satisfying. Well over $100 wasted!
Authentic Chinese food perfect for a dinner on Christmas! The place was packed but luckily it did not take too long for takeout. The portion size was generous. Loved the roast duck and the pork chops.

Tried China Yuan for the first time with my family who is from out of town and overall I think I would need to give it another try minus the holiday as the wait was like I think 30-45 min depending on size of group. As for everything else food was good ( some items was too salty or was lurk warm), service the main person who sat us was awesome but the waitress was a little rough for myself even if it was the holiday rush, but luckily everyone from customers to leaving it was nice.
