I always have a wonderful meal here. The service is always top notch and they always fit me in even when it’s busy. The pizzas are delicious and freshly made and the salmon is cooked perfectly each time. It has a crispy skin and it’s paired perfect with the royal scampi pasta. I will say the portion sizes are very small. A grown person would probably need 2 plates to be full. The pizza is a normal pie size so that is filling for 1-2 people. The ambiance is very classy and well decorated and low lights with candles on the tables. The bar is large enough with many seats available as they are constantly people getting up and sitting down. I would highly recommend if you want a delicious meal. One of the better more affordable restaurants in hardrock compared to BAE or KURO.

If it wasn't for the dogs that are sitting on the chairs that they allow the customers with and the barking when you're eating, I think it would be a little better of an atmosphere. It is so unsanitary to have dogs sitting in chairs the customers are sitting in and listening to barking when you're eating. I went on different occasions, including for our birthday. I enjoy the food. The service was good but for a really crammed the place I can do without the dogs barking

I was so disappointed in the chicken scapperolla,it was served as a whole chicken but not cut up into pieces as in other restaurants. Why do I need to be the butcher? The lobster dish was dry & overcooked and the bartender/ waitress was rude.

I wanted so badly to like this place. Love Italian food, sweetheart of a waitress, warm towels on seating, and a nice ambiance, but there were too many food issues. We went here for an anniversary dinner, there were plenty of reservations available on a Friday and we were seated quickly. The food was a mixed bag with some very egregious errors- see below for an explanation of everything we had.

What we ordered:
- The bread basket with whipped butter was served quickly after we sat. The bread was cold, and honestly a bit tougher than you would expect from a soft roll. It felt several days old, which was disappointing. The whipped butter was fine, but I would have liked to see a seasoned butter with the bland bread. Do not recommend.
- I’m huge into mussels and got excited that PEI mussels were on the menu. Sadly they were squishy and not fresh at all. The sauce tasted like a canned pasta sauce from the grocery store with slices of raw garlic thrown in. Do not recommend.
- The meatballs were recommended by the waitress, so we ordered those and they were juicy and delicious. The sliced bread that comes with the mussels and meatballs is far better than the bread basket. Recommend.
- Cesar salad is one of my husband’s favorites, so we ordered this for him as well. I did tasted it and found the dressing to be very bland. Simple salads of lettuce and cheese really need a stand/out dressing to be memorable me and this one was completely underwhelming. Do not recommend.
- Veal Parmesan is usually a favorite of mine, so we ordered one to share with our app-heavy meal. The veal itself was delicious- juicy, well seasoned with fresh mozzarella. However, the meat on the bone was raw inside and it was so dark that we didn’t notice until we had both tried it. The pasta that came with the veal was a simple ziti. We encountered yet another bland, watery tomato sauce with way overcooked pasta. Think about the time you forgot to set the timer and cooked your ten minute pasta for 20 minutes. You can even see it was fairly translucent when it got to the table. I was expecting fresh, homemade pasta- but this was clearly not fresh, nor homemade. Such a bummer because the main cut of veal was so good. Sadly, do not recommend.
- For our anniversary, we were offered a free cannoli which was by far the best thing we ate. I don’t even like cannoli and I loved this one. Homemade shell and cream were definitely crafted by the best chef in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

I will also mention that our waitress offered us a Polaroid of our dinner and she handed it to us with a card that read happy 15th anniversary which now hangs on my fridge. Super sweet commemorative.

We did see several tables around us get the special lasagna for the evening, and I’m wishing I would have gone that route. It looked delicious. I might try this place again and hope they have a better chef in the kitchen. The portions are huge - do get ready to share or take some home.

Birthday dinner disaster. Party of 13. We requested two tables 6 an 7. Got there to 11 and 2. Food was just ok. Couple of dished very good others marginal. Broken glass under table. Thank goodness my guest did not have sandals on! One guest had a bent fork ! Silverware removed after first course had to request new utensils to eat our meals. Not what I would expect for an $800 dollar dinner! Unfortunately not a very good experience for us !

So unhappy with my service today! I love Cipresso but the service and food was not up to my usual expectations and quality I’m used to. I forgot the servers name Darryl or something I didn’t enjoy his customer service he’s not attentive mindful of refills or just basic check in’s. Definitely threw off my experience since I come so often I was definitely disappointed

Large groups beware. They did not accommodate us the way we expected.
All in all the food was OK would not recommend large groups. They put the whole check on one bill when they said they were going to break up the total into three separate checks made it very difficult.

Party of 7.
Service was good, several pizzas were on point. Carpaccio was lacking flavor. Lobster ravioli had way too much fennel, almost unbearable in my opinion. Everything was overpriced, we would not go back.

Peter Radizeski

lobster ravioli was dry and the rigatoni was overcooked. Cannoli was very good. Service was excellent. Polenta was great. Main course was mediocre at best.
