Spinach salad was DELICIOUS!
The Carne pizza was excellent. Perfectly sized for one person or for sharing. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is upscale but relaxing. Natalie at the bar is top notch!
Excellent servers and bartenders. Bread, meat and cheese plate was delicious. Caprice salad wasn’t constructed as I expected, but it was flavorful with a great balsamic dressing.
The lobster ravioli was not good at all. The lobster was tough inside the ravioli and the cognac sauce lacked flavor. It was like a thin, tasteless gravy poured on with a heavy hand. I love fennel, but the fennel in this dish was out of place.
Our server was outstanding and patient with our questions and requests. My daughter in law’s filet mignon was outstanding.
5 out of 5 From the service, bartenders, and Chef everything was great. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality.
We had never been to Cipresso but decided to give it a shot. With no reservation on a Friday evening, they were still able to seat us immediately. Our waiter was great with his recommendations. We tried the spinach salad, which was keto-friendly with bacon, egg, and gorgonzola. The meatball pizza was delicious with really great crust, as was the chicken marsala. Accompanied this with the Chianti Rùfina Riserva ‘21. In all, a delightful meal.
Huge miss. The pasta in the Alfredo was cooked well but the sauce was lacking flavor. The mushrooms were good though. The meatballs weren’t seasoned and the garlic bread with them was cold and gross. The clam pasta was just plain nasty. The drinks were okay I’d try the other ones. Overall I wouldn’t pay half the price for this food.
My server was cool and laidback. Nice girl. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. Host Brittney was the bright spot of our whole experience.
Alfredo pasta 5.5/10
Clam Pasta 1.5/10
Meatballs 4/10
Drinks 7.5/10
They charged my card twice (9 days apart…So weird) for the one meal I had there. The same EXACT thing happened to my friend. The food is not worth the headache of filing a credit card dispute.

Love this restaurant.
We decided on Cipresso reservations for our Hard Rock stay. The hostesses seated us fast. Seats and tables were comfortable. Our waiter Shaevan was amazing. Knowledgeable, polite and passionate about his job. The level of service was wildly amazing.
Food we had the carpaccio. Delish, light and fresh! Would eat this every single visit. Ribeye was cooked to perfection. The lobster pasts Shaevan suggested was exactly what I needed! All in all our dinner was great, for this not being a steak house I'd come back for steak.
Came back after walking around for dessert. Shaevan made us his special cheese cake WOW what a winner! GO SHAEVAN! We will be back!

Expectations of an excellent meal in a casino setting were not extremely high, but Cipresso put out some solid, well prepared, Italian food.
The nonna's meatballs were the perfect texture, but did have a slight fennel/anise seed flavor suggesting the use of Italian sausage. Not a preference here, as I'd like Italian sausage to taste like fennel, and the meatballs to taste like...well, meatballs. But to each their own.
The chicken marsala was prepared just fine. It was tasty. Nothing you're going to buy a postcard over, but adequate. Was happy with the meal overall.
Our server was excellent.

Cipresso is the best food for the value in the casino. Want a great steak? Ditch the overpriced terrible service at Council Oak and enjoy a truffle butter laden ribeye here instead. Want a quick bite of good pizza? Sit down at the bar and enjoy a selection of well-executed pizzas (I recommend the mushroom one). They have something for every mood and after 10+ meals here, I’ve yet to be disappointed in anything. Even their bread service is excellent.
Some of my favorite things are the calamari (specifically the pesto sauce that comes with it), the charcuterie, the antipasto salad, the sea bass, the ossobuco, and the mushroom truffle pasta. They also always have a delicious special or two.
We also never found a good martini in the casino until we met John at the Cipresso bar. His customer service is top notch and he takes great care of his regulars.

Not worth the price.
First all the pros:
Nice atmosphere
Good service
Great bread
Fancy warm towels that smell good.
The caprese was laughable. The tomatoes weren't great and even worse they gave us a large, hard green tomato.
Spaghetti bolognese was sad. I didn't like the sauce, which happens, but we couldn't get past the taste and gritty texture of the noodles!
The pizza was pretty basic. It wasn't bad, but it certainly what I'd call a $21 dollar pizza. Admittedly I have high pizza standards.
Wife was excited to get the $75 king crab, until it came and was literally 2 crab legs and 2 pieces of toast. See image. She did say it tasted good, but it just wasn't worth it.
So we had a $200 meal that neither of us enjoyed and had to pay a $40 tip.
Would not recommend.

Second time having dinner at Cipresso. Both times were for dinner before a concert. We decided to eat at the bar. Very fun. Upbeat atmosphere. Bartenders are amazing!! Seriously. Spectacular service. They are chatty and fun and really know how to take care of customers. Loved everything about our visits. Had wine and a mixed drink which was excellent. Tried the Cesar salad. Usually super picky about those but this one was excellent. Shared delicious pasta. The house bread is amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Loved it so much we will probably pop back in for drinks and dinner even if we have no concert or agenda for being at the Hard Rock.

I will start with the three stars.. atmosphere ..ya ya we are at a casino restaurant but seated next to the bar was just loud. That aside, our lovely waitress Jamie recommended a fantastic white wine, a pino/sauvignon blend but i don’t remember the name, ask her she will tell you. It had the short rib ravioli-wow! So much flavor! Hubby had the veal parmigiana which he enjoyed very much. Tender cut of veal with a lovely and NOT chunky sauce! (People who don’t like chunky sauce cant eat one BUT people who like a chunky sauce CAN eat a smooth sauce.. just sayin) Lovely!!
Will definitely make this a dining experience whenever we visit the Hard Rock Casino Tampa!

Wonderful food and great service! This is my first time dining here and I had a Caesar salad and the Seabass and both were outstanding! Will go back the next time I go to the casino.

The Sportsbook, Pool and Poker Room are having a lot more issues lately with paying customer/gambler. If you take a break to eat or use the pool that was paid for, they just call the cops. I can't believe "some people" have jobs. They should be Dead or in Jail.
