Friday night with friends, we tried Circles — a cozy little spot tucked away in a small Carrollwood plaza. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our server, Vaughn, did an outstanding job taking care of us.

Our first time here and our meals were scrumptious. Couldn't recommend any single dish, because 4 of 4 meals were fantastic. It took quite a while to get served. Seems like they are struggling to find staff.
A great little hidden restaurant in carrolwood village where half the square footage is dedicated to wine storage. The menue is diverse with American, French, Asian and Italian dishes that, surprisingly, are all done very well. Dishes we have tried and would recommend include the Octopus thai salad, the Phad Thai and crab stuffed flounder. There aren't very many tables so I would recommend making a reservation.
