Nice creamery. They were out of a lot of flavors. This was our first stop. One would think they would be stocked up since they are next to the movie theaters. What we got was very good. There is no seating inside. There were diur tables but only five chairs. Two tables were dirty and one was using four of the chairs. This was not good for their location.

Employees were sitting on the floor behind the counter when we entered. It was about 2 minutes before someone acknowledged us. The employee got the order incorrect and did not mix the orders well.

The employees were terrible, did not take any of our orders correctly, ignored us and gave us the ice creams without the toppings I think he just didn’t want to bother mixing them. No gloves either, honestly the worst icecream place I’ve been, the cheesecake flavor icecream was good but he gave me no toppings whatsoever, we were so uncomfortable with the employees attitude we just wanted to leave after waiting 20+ minutes in line.

Unfortunately the staff here has poor people skills and time management. Two people in the back, 1 girl working a line of 12 people. No reason to take 40 minutes to get ice cream.

I give 3? because the girls are not very friendly, the truth is they should be more attentive and better sellers. Outside is where there are tables and chairs, but the cleaning is not much ?. I think that better attention and a nice, more pleasant, and cozy place would attract more customers.

Don’t waste your time doing an online order and expecting it to be ready when it tells you when it’ll be ready. What was supposed to be a 20 min wait ended up being much longer. They didn’t start preparing my order until I walked and asked about it.On top of that, they messed up my order and the response was “I thought you ordered something else”. What?!

Very poor experience today. The Oreo overload was not mixed properly at all. When I mentioned it to the employee who made it, she said that she followed the process and didn’t care at all. This is when the place was not at all busy.

I came in today with my 5 year old and 8 month old hoping to sit inside on this scorching day and there was no indoor seating. We were outside when the gentlemen inside offered to setup up a table inside, couldn't have been more grateful for this team. Thank you Paige and Nathaniel, God Bless you both.

This place is always out of stock on everything. How do you advertise a new flavor and dont have it in stock. On top of that you are out of your whole menu. The employees response is corporate doesn't stock them up they are always running low. I believe if you run a business right next to a movie theater you should have extra stock. If you have this much foot traffic why not stock up to keep your customers happy.Especially when advertising on tik tok with all these kids watching. This is not the first time this happened and I will not come here anymore to this location at least.

Delicious, I love the stretchiness of the ice cream. They should really sell ice cream for people who are lactose intolerant though, my girlfriend's mom missed out on ice cream because of it.
