The girl with the very heavy makeup on is super rude! I see another review almost 3 weeks ago saying the same thing. Did you guys say anything to her?? because she obviously doesn’t know what good customer service is. Please talk to her because she’s a problem to your business. Thank you!
I tried Cold Stone for the first time tonight and it was SOOOO good!! But honestly, the customer service was even better. Olivia D was super patient with me while I basically tried the whole menu because I was so indecisive. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was so so sweet.
Definitely coming back, especially for the coffee lovers flavor!! If you’re craving a sweet treat, go to Cold Stone!!

I came here a few times and everytime I leave, I have the most extravagant smile on my face. I never write reviews but Olivia D. was just so kind and accommodating I had to leave a review. Anytime I feel down, going to coldstone always brightens my day! 10000/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Cold Stone Creamery is a nice spot, but sometimes lacks flavors and seating. The employees were not very attentive or friendly, with some mix-up in orders. The location has limited chairs and not the cleanest tables outside. Better service and a more welcoming atmosphere could attract more customers to this ice cream shop.
