The girl with the very heavy makeup on is super rude! I see another review almost 3 weeks ago saying the same thing. Did you guys say anything to her?? because she obviously doesn’t know what good customer service is. Please talk to her because she’s a problem to your business. Thank you!

Cold Stone Creamery is a nice spot, but sometimes lacks flavors and seating. The employees were not very attentive or friendly, with some mix-up in orders. The location has limited chairs and not the cleanest tables outside. Better service and a more welcoming atmosphere could attract more customers to this ice cream shop.
