When in Rome.... if you are going to Corona's Coffee Shop, you are already in the mood for a completely submerged little piece of Dominican Republic. So of course very humble delicacy's, sausage with fried cheese for instance, or a bowl of oatmeal or maybe some gravy sausage with a biscuit.
