It’s a basic diner-like restaurant in a strip mall. The food is very good reliable and well priced. I know they don’t have a liquor license to use real tequila and make a real margarita but they have one on the menu so assume it is agave wine based. I just don’t understand why that means they have to use cheap powder premix and serve it tepid over ice. Use some other real ingredients like fresh lime, shake it so it’s truly cold, have some pride. This place is walking distance...
My brother's go there a lot and they know them, as soon as they walk in the door,so it was kind of great to feel like you were at home. The waitresses were wonderful. They all greeted us with big smiles like they were glad we were there.
You need to go this restaurant if you wanna taste a bit of Mexico. Amazing food and service, generous portions and great vibes. They also have a second location in St Pete that is a must, full bar there , tasty drinks. I highly recommend Guac and cheese
